CONSTRUCTION PLANNING PROCESS
INITIATION: Detail discussion with the customer regarding the project and sharing the Quotation post acceptance.
PRILIMINARY DESING AND AGREEMENT: Finalizing the Architectural designs and closing the agreement with the Customer.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Phase by phase as per the agreement, payment should be initiated by the customer within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
CONSTRUCTION IMPLEMENTATION: Post the finalisation of the Agreement/Quotation with the customer, project will be initiated phase by phase.
PROJECT PROGRESS: Customer will be updated regularly on the project progress electronically
FINAL STAGE: Final handover of the project to the Customer will be done within the agreed time limit with the quality output
